Our high performance polyester gelcoats are manufactured using the finest quality pigments dispersed in a very durable resin system. They are formulated to meet the rigid requirements of transportation, tub and shower applications, and general FRP applications where quality performance is required. They have excellent spray characteristics and transfer efficiency allowing increased production and reduced labor cost. They have great gloss retention and resistance to water spotting so the finished parts look better for a longer lifetime. Our gelcoats patch well so small defects can be easily repaired. They work with existing spray equipment.

Our gelcoats are used in the manufacture of many fiberglass products such as boats, recreational vehicles, water slides, tub and shower enclosures, water tanks, and other open mold or repair applications. Gelcoats are available in custom solid, florescent,  pearlescent and metallic colours.

Our high performance liquid colour dispersions and dyes are produced in a non-reactive resin base system. They can be designed for specific applications such as polyester, urethane, silicone, or epoxy systems. 

Our polyester based pigment dispersions are manufactured using unsaturated and unstyrenated polyester resin. They can be easily used in fiberglass coatings, pultrusion, resin transfer molding (RTM) and cast cultured stone & marble applications.

Our urethane based pigment dispersions are processed using a special proprietary resin system so that the physical properties of the finished product are not compromised. They are readily used to colour urethane polymer castings, urethane rubbers, elastomers and foams and many other applications.

All of our dispersions offer superior colour vibrancy, thermal, light and chemical stability.

Our high intensity powder colour pigment blends are made using the most durable pigments available. They are manufactured using environmentally friendly organic and inorganic colour pigments and additives. All of our colours are formulated for superior lightfastness, thermal and chemical stability.

They are formulated for high-temperature plastics applications requiring ease of dispersibility and lowest possible volatility. They provide exceptional hiding power and excellent colour brightness with very high tinting strength. 

Our powder colour pigments are one of the most economical processes of colouring plastic materials used by rotational, injection and extrusion molders. They are a very efficient alternative to storing large quantities of pre-coloured resin. 

We also provide powder colour pigment blends that can be used for cultured stone and cultured marble casting, as well as many other applications.

We also supply additives such as UV light stabilizers, internal mold release, internal lubricant and anti-static agents that can be incorporated during the molding process.

When we formulate a colour for you, we take into consideration all of your colour requirements including heat and light stability, chemical resistance, and the cost of the finished product.
